"Mistakes are inevitable in aviation, especially when one is still learning new things. The trick is to not make the mistake that will kill you. "

" Aviation is not inherently dangerous. But to an even greater degree than even the sea, it is terribly unforgiving of any carelessness, incapacity or neglect. " Alfred Gilmer Lamplugh
DO NOT FLY UNLESS PROPERLY TRAINED!!!!
The Ultralight Pilots Association provides links on this website for proper training prior to soloing an aircraft. Read books on aviation, learn about the aircraft in which you will be flying, and foremost do not attempt to fly an ultralight aircraft unless you have have dual seat instruction with an experienced pilot first. Even a few hours flight time in a dual seat aircraft will greatly improve your skills. Most pilots require between 2 to 10 hours instruction until being skilled enough to fly on their own.
