The Ultralight Pilots Association is a new "grass roots " , non-dues required membership of Ultralight pilots in the United States.

The purpose of this group is for the promotion of the sport of ultralight aviation through safety, adherance to FAR 103 guidelines and for the proper training of new ultralight pilots.
